• Banquet fee increased by $5
• Updated materials for banquet program needed for:

  • Awards
  • Advisors

VC of Finance:

• Patches submitted.
• Vote for hat color: Black, Green, Teal
  • Black won, motioned by Marc and seconded by Ryan
• Dues/Fees for next year
  • All-access fee increased by $5
  • Normal fees increased by $10
  • Increased food price is the primary reason
  • Motion by David seconded by Marc
• Discussion on long sleeve cotton OA shirts

VC of Inductions:

• No Report

Communications:

• Possible Website / Publication Committee update
• New rules for next year’s section
• New album created to upload pictures

Historian:

• King’s cap is being worked on
• Pictures gathered and ready to be sent
